Volunteer Workday at Tregaron Conservancy - October 28, 2025
EGC Volunteers spent a fun and productive morning at Tregaron chiseling through the dry and compacted soil to plant in the garden area that EGC maintains. Volunteers enjoyed the opportunity to work together and enjoy the beauty of Tregaron on a gorgeous fall day. Thanks to all who were able to help: Susie Taylor, Colet Mitchell, Catherine Farrell, Ann Reid, Frances Usher and Sarah Vilms.

EGC Volunteers - Please Keep An Eye Out for Missing Tortoise at Tregaron
Would you please keep an eye out for a lost 15 inch Russian tortoise? (Photo below) My neighbor lost her tortoise and is heartbroken. There were a few sightings near 32nd Street and Klingle Road. And most recently 2 girls saw the tortoise and, thinking it was lost from its home in the woods, put the tortoise under the fence by Twin Oaks and Tregaron.
