2025-2026 Evergreen Garden Club Dues

Active and Associate Members

Dear Evergreen Garden Club member,

I hope that you have had a good summer. I am looking forward to seeing you soon and to another wonderful year of Evergreen programs and outdoor events. It is also time to pay dues for the upcoming year.

Article VI of the EGC Bylaws provides that “Active and Associate Members’ dues shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150), due no later than October 31st of each

year. . . . A member shall be liable for a twenty-five dollar ($25) fine if she has not paid by December 1st.”

Please send a check for $150 payable to “Evergreen Garden Club” to:

The Evergreen Garden Club is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to organizations with 501(c)(3) status may be tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor to determine deductibility of this contribution. This letter is your receipt for income tax purposes.
